Bobbie been working in the afterschool field for approximately 13 years in Salt Lake City and has served as President of the Afterschool Utah Association and Vice Chair of the Office of Work and Family Life Advisory Board. Working with and advocating for youth and the benefits of afterschool has been a long time passion since her work as a high risk youth case manager at Rose Park Elementary. She has experience managing and providing site support, technical assistance and training for the SLCSD afterschool programs/community learning centers and currently serves as an afterschool specialist for UAN. Through public awareness strategies, Bobbie enjoys influencing the public and city leaders to support programs that help children and families and hopes that someday, all youth in Utah will have access to quality afterschool programs.
