Get ready to explore fresh strategies in youth development, school-day alignment, community service, high-quality programming, STEM, leadership, social-emotional learning, well-being, and program planning.

Get ready for a one-day, live workshop packed with connection, inspiration, and ideas, designed just for afterschool programs! Friday, March 6, 10:00 am- 3:30 pm.
This special event is open to programs 80+ miles from Salt Lake City. Northern boundary: Hyrum, UT, and areas to the North, Northeast, or Northwest. Southern boundary: Nephi, UT, and areas to the South, Southeast, or Southwest
Can’t make it live? No worries! The workshop will be recorded and available for 45 days after the event. Access to the recording will also be available to attendees with Early Bird Registration to Northern Recharge.

Building Your Bounce
Promoting Adult Resilience is an engaging 4-part hybrid workshop focused on strengthening your well-being and resilience. Learn practical, low-cost strategies to reduce stress, boost social-emotional health, and better support the children, families, and communities you serve. Participants will use the free Devereux Adult Resilience Survey (DARS) to gain personal insight and leave feeling energized, inspired, and ready to make meaningful, positive changes. The workshop includes three 1-hour virtual sessions and one 3-hour in-person session, with two cohorts available.
